Warranty and Return

WARRANTY

If you purchase from our authorized distributors, all the Flight Sim Republic ("FS Republic")® products carry a warranty to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 30 days after the purchase date.

This warranty does not cover damage which results from improper handling, abuse, accident, misuse, or use in other than normal situations. Surface markings as a result of shipping, slight imperfections and minor variations from item to item are normal, are not defects, and do not need to be covered by this warranty.  In addition, Flight Sim Republic ("FS Republic")® shall not, in any event, be liable for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use such products.

In the unlikely event that your product becomes defective during the warranty period, at Flight Sim Republic ("FS Republic")® discretion, we will provide replacement parts for your product at no charge.  If there is no part, and the product is under warranty, the customer may return the item back to Flight Sim Republic ("FS Republic")® for repair or replacement at our discretion.  Defectives can only be refunded unless the items are not in replaceable situation.  Repairs are generally processed 7-10 days from the date of receipt.  Should it be determined there are no defective or damaged parts, and the original purchaser chooses to return the item, within the 30-day warranty period, US$25 of handling fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

We do not accept non-defective return.

Customized products and discounted items are not covered by our warranty.


HOW TO RETURN

Before you return your items, you must contact our Customer Services and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by FS Republic®. Please include the following information when returning an item:

·         The RMA number requested from our Customer Services.

·         A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box).

Flight Sim Republic ("FS Republic")® does not offer pick up or delivery service for warranty claims.  Under all circumstances, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


LIMITATION

While we are guarantee all of our products must work on clean Window / Simulator (FSX/X-Plane/Prepar3D) environment, we can only provide limited support on installation as far as the complexity of the installed softwares / drivers in your PC.

 

 

Flight Sim Republic ("FS Republic")® reserves the right of final decision on Warranty and Returns.
